This week we have been learning about equivalent fractions using fraction walls, folded strips of paper and our understanding of number facts. The children have also shown a good understanding by comparing and ordering fractions.

In design and technology we have begun our structures topic by investigating existing shell structures (packaging) ahead of designing our own packaging next week!

We were excited to set up an investigation to find out what plants need to grow healthy and strong. We have a control plant that will receive all of the elements, and several others that will have one element removed. We'll let you know our findings in a future post!
