Year 1 have had two busy weeks back at school. We have started our new history topic and became archaeologist trying to uncover historical artefacts. We had to be really careful and use specific techniques to find the artefacts. We still are piecing together the clues for what time period we are exploring. In maths, we have learnt about positional and directional movements and applying it to Rosie the hens walk. We are linking our maths knowledge to PE as we have started orienteering. In computing we used a new website and have been developing our skills in using a touchpad to create a digital painting. We are all really excited for our trip to Hobbledown farm this Friday!
