Year one have had a very exciting full on week! We have finished our Wild things topic and had a wild rumpus to celebrate and wrote a recount about it. We added lots of adjectives and connectives to make our writing exciting. We have been busy designing and planning our fruit salads. We are so excited to see the children's plans come to life and hopefully their fruit salads will be as delicious as their drawings! This week we have also been scientists, working out what is the best material to make a bridge. We discussed the different properties of materials and what makes a good bridge. Next week we are starting a new exciting book! We are looking forward to the exciting adventures it will take us on!
