Making Our Voices Heard

It has been a busy couple of weeks in Year 6 as the spring term gets into full swing.
In English we are enjoying using figurative language to describe the power, majesty and menace of a tiger. Our science lessons have involved working in groups to show off our scientific abilities to test and evaluate observed evidence as part of our learning on natural selection. As part of our geography learning, we were able to research a Mediterranean country and discuss our findings with each other in class. We are also very proud of our work in art which has involved using the technique of chiaroscuro to produce some very effective and striking pieces which convey a message about something we feel strongly about – making your voice heard!
